Production & Processing Time
- All items are made to order and take between 5-10 business days (business days DO NOT include Saturdays and Sundays) to be produced before shipping.

Orders are not processed or produced on weekends or holidays.

Example: Orders placed on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
We just wanted to kindly clarify that our business days are Monday through Friday only, as noted in our shop policies. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are not counted as production or shipping days.

Shipping & Delivery Time
- Once your order has been produced and shipped after the 7-10 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days via USPS.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item ships.

Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
- AshGalleria is not responsible for any carrier-related delays once your order has shipped.
- If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly for assistance
- You can file a claim with USPS using your tracking number.

Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they enter production and preparation for shipping.
